Aparna Krishna Bhat, Senior Analyst, Ernst & Young LLP (US) Aparna is a seasoned technology professional with over 9+ years of experience in Software development, Databases, AI, and Digital Platforms for Next-Generation customer experiences in the IT and Financial Services sectors. She is currently working as Senior Analyst in EY's Financial Services' Wealth and Asset Management practice. She holds a master's degree in computer science specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Databases tracks. She has solved business problems by building highly available, scalable, visually appealing user interface and high-throughput solutions for companies in Transport, Finance, Banking, After car Market, E-commerce, Travel, Shipping and Telecommunication domains. In her current role as a senior analyst she specializes in leveraging technology and data-driven insights to deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges. She is also an IEEE Senior grade member.

Gokulram Krishnan is a Manager of AI & Data at Ernst & Young LLP (US), with a distinguished career in transforming data into strategic insights across industries such as financial services, healthcare, automotive, and energy. He specializes in AI-driven consulting for C-level executives, architecting robust data ecosystems, and leading high-impact data modernization initiatives. Gokulram has deep expertise in big data technologies, data engineering, and agile project delivery, and has consistently led global teams to deliver enterprise-wide analytics solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management. His work enables organizations to harness data as a strategic asset for innovation and sustained growth.

Jay Shah is an Executive Director in Ernst & Young’s Technology Consulting Services, specializing in AI and Data Engineering. With over 17 years of experience, Jay has been instrumental in advising Fortune 100 companies on defining and executing their AI and Data strategies. He has collaborated with C-suite and senior executives to drive enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives, focusing on information architecture, master data management (MDM), data governance, large-scale data warehousing, metadata management, and advanced analytics (descriptive and prescriptive).
